YOUR FIRST STEP STARTS HERE.
New here? Welcome to your journey! Whether you’re trying something totally new or getting back into the groove – we’ve got your back.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early
- Wear comfortable workout clothes
- Bring water – or get it at the X.CORNER
- Check in with the host and let them know it’s your first time
We’ll get you set up with:
- Wraps
- Gloves
- Towel
HOW THE CLASS WORKS
Each class is 55 minutes, structured and coach-led from start to finish.
You’ll move between:
- Boxing (bags) – speed, coordination, endurance
- Strength (bench/floor) – power, core, full body
THE FORMAT
- Warm-up + fundamentals
- 4 rounds of training (alternating boxing and strength)
- Short breaks for recovery and coaching
- THE BURN — final 2-minute finisher
- Cool down
Everything is timed, structured, and clearly explained.
DURING THE CLASS
- You’ll be guided through every movement
- No boxing experience needed
- You go at your own pace
- Coaches will check in and help you throughout
AFTER THE CLASS
- Quick stretch and reset
- Coaches are available for questions
- We’ll help you plan your next session
IMPORTANT
- Everyone is new at some point
- No one is judging you
- The goal is to move, learn, and enjoy
