YOUR FIRST STEP STARTS HERE.

New here? Welcome to your journey! Whether you’re trying something totally new or getting back into the groove – we’ve got your back.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes
  • Bring water – or get it at the X.CORNER
  • Check in with the host and let them know it’s your first time

We’ll get you set up with:

  • Wraps
  • Gloves
  • Towel

HOW THE CLASS WORKS

Each class is 55 minutes, structured and coach-led from start to finish.

You’ll move between:

  • Boxing (bags) – speed, coordination, endurance
  • Strength (bench/floor) – power, core, full body

THE FORMAT

  • Warm-up + fundamentals
  • 4 rounds of training (alternating boxing and strength)
  • Short breaks for recovery and coaching
  • THE BURN — final 2-minute finisher
  • Cool down

Everything is timed, structured, and clearly explained.

DURING THE CLASS

  • You’ll be guided through every movement
  • No boxing experience needed
  • You go at your own pace
  • Coaches will check in and help you throughout

AFTER THE CLASS

  • Quick stretch and reset
  • Coaches are available for questions
  • We’ll help you plan your next session

IMPORTANT

  • Everyone is new at some point
  • No one is judging you
  • The goal is to move, learn, and enjoy
